Our in-office savings plan is designed for you! For a low yearly enrollment fee, patients enjoy full dental coverage in addition to other discounts and savings.

Program Guidelines

  • The plan cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan
  • Plans are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • No refunds or premiums will be issued if a participant decides not to utilize a dental plan
  • Patient’s portion of bill is due on the day of service


Program Exclusions and Limitations

This program is a savings plan, not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used:

  • In conjunction with another dental plan;
  • For services for injuries covered under workman’s compensation;
  • For referrals to specialists;
  • For hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind;
  • For costs of dental care which are covered under automobile medical.
